As an Italian culinary critic and avid traveler, my recent stay at Dimora Delle Balze Villa in the heart of the Sicilian countryside left an indelible mark on me and my family. the tasteful blend of historic charm and modern luxury at this 19th-century estate is a testament to the owner's refined taste and commitment to sustainable practices. Upon arrival, we were captivated by the sprawling gardens, centuries-old olive trees, and fragrant citrus groves cultivated through the ethical "Briganti Etici" program. the organic produce from these gardens graced the tables of LUMIA, the on-site restaurant, where we savored authentic Sicilian dishes made from locally sourced ingredients. Our family particularly enjoyed the family-friendly amenities and activities, such as the outdoor movie nights under the starlit sky at the Hotel Triplets Entertainment. It was a delightful experience for our little ones and added a special touch to our stay. The accommodations were exceptional, exuding a unique charm that made us feel at home. the staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail ensured that our family's needs were met promptly and with a smile.
